1.  Vehicles are parked and stored within the relative safety of the Campervan Park grounds, however it shall be understood that we do NOT offer or provide secure parking and cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicle or its contents. Vehicles are stored entirely at the owners own risk and Picton Campervan Park accepts no liability for loss or damage of your vehicle or its contents

2.  Drop-off/pick-up of vehicles is limited to 9:00 am - 9:00 pm daily. You MUST report to the Campervan Park Reception notifying a member of staff of your arrival prior to parking/leaving your vehicle, failure to do so may result in additional charges being applied

3.  Failure to pick-up your vehicle on due date will incur additional daily charges as per our storage rates. Extension of storage period is subject to availability and the agreement of Picton Campervan Park. No refunds will be given should the storage period be shortened

4. Credit card details are required to secure your booking only. Payment for all bookings is to be made in full on day of arrival. Picton Campervan Park reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival. The owners reserve the right to refuse any bookings.

5. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booked date/time or you will be charged the full amount of the first nights booking. If you fail to arrive on the booked date (No Show) you will also be charged the full amount of the first nights booking. Regrettably we are unable to offer refunds relating to ferry cancellations and the aforementioned policy still applies.
