COVID-19

The following information details our status and operational procedures under each alert level and identifies what accommodation and facilities are available and the level of service guests can expect.

These procedures have been implemented in accordance with government guidelines and are for your safety and the safety of our staff.

Level 1

Park fully operational with hightened cleaning protocols in place for your safety.

  • ALL guests required to scan contract tracing QR poster (located on reception door).

Level 2

Open to all guests, In accordance with government guidelines the following restrictions and procedures will be in place:

 

Accommodation

  • Sites – Open
  • Cabins - Open

 

Communal Facilities

  • Showers & Toilets - Open (facilities restricted to maintain 2m distancing)
  • Lounge & Kitchen – Open (all pots, pans, utensils etc removed/facilities restricted to maintain 2m distancing)
  • Laundry – Open (restricted access with only one person permitted at a time)

 

Check-in / Bookings

  • Check-in will be available onsite however please note reception is strictly limited to 1 person at a time!
  • Hand sanitiser is provided at the station directly outside reception, please use prior to entering.
  • Staff will be wearing a face mask and we ask guests do the same.
  • ALL guests required to scan contract tracing QR poster (located on reception door).

 

Personal Movement

  • Guests must maintain good social distancing at all times (min 2m apart), this includes from other guests and staff members.

Level 3

en for guests who need to make essential travel only. In accordance with government guidelines the following restrictions and procedures will be in place:

 

Accommodation

  • Sites – Restricted to fully self-contained motorhomes only.
  • Cabins – Daily availability will be limited to 2 cabins (each cabin will have exclusive use of separate external bathroom)

 

Communal Facilities

Showers & Toilets

  • CLOSED to motorhome guests (must use own onboard facilities)
  • OPEN to cabin guests (each cabin will have exclusive use of separate external bathroom)

Kitchen

  • CLOSED to motorhome guests (must use own onboard facilities)
  • OPEN to cabin guests (restricted access with only one cabin permitted entry at a time)

Laundry

  • OPEN (restricted access with only one person permitted entry at a time)

 

Check-in / Bookings

  • Check-in will be contactless.
  • Bookings should be made in advance via our website or by phone whereupon check-in arrangements/procedures will be provided
  • Should you arrive without a booking you will be asked to call us by phone from your van to check-in/secure payment prior to parking
  • Staff will be wearing a face mask and we ask guests do the same.
  • ALL guests required to scan contract tracing QR poster (located on reception door).

 

Personal Movement

  • Guests must remain in their bubbles for the duration of their stay and maintain good social distancing at all times (min 2m apart),
